Shipping Policy
At Inari.pk, we strive to deliver your favourite items as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with reliable courier services like Postex , Leopards, and Traxto ensure nationwide coverage.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan.
    • Karachi: 2–3 business days.
    • Sindh (Other Cities): 3–4 business days.
    • Rest of Pakistan: 4–7 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Enjoy Standard Shipping on all orders.

2. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Note: During high-demand periods like Eid or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for your convenience. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any delays.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our courier partner's website.

5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate to prevent this.

6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at inaripk@gmail.com , whatsapp or via our Contact Us page with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily serve customers within Pakistan. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team for a custom quote based on your location and order weight.
